Yamin Li is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacology at Upstate Medical University, where his research focuses on nanomedicine, drug delivery, and nanobiotechnology. His work centers on engineering lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) for targeted mRNA and therapeutic delivery, with recent breakthroughs including lung-targeting LNPs for interleukin-10 mRNA to ameliorate acute lung injury and sulfonium-based LNPs for intranasal mRNA delivery to pulmonary cells. Li has also developed immune-modulating nanodrugs for liver-targeted mRNA delivery and explored metabolic inhibition strategies to enhance antitumor immunity. His publications appear in venues such as *Molecular Pharmaceutics*, *Biomaterials Science*, and *Advanced Science*.
