Victoria H.J. Roberts is a Senior Professor at Oregon Health & Science University. Her research focuses on maternal-fetal medicine, placental development, and reproductive biology, with an emphasis on translational non-human primate models. Her recent work includes pioneering chorionic villus sampling techniques in pregnant macaques, developing trophoblast organoid resources, and investigating Zika virus pathogenesis during pregnancy. She contributed to the human and non-human primate developmental GTEx projects published in *Nature*, and her studies employ advanced fetal magnetic resonance imaging to reveal gestational sexual dimorphism in primate neurodevelopment. Her research bridges developmental biology and reproductive health to advance prenatal diagnostics and therapeutic interventions.
