Tomasz M. Beer

Tomasz M. Beer is a Professor of Medicine at Oregon Health & Science University, where he specializes in oncology, genitourinary cancers, and prostate cancer research. His recent work focuses on multi-cancer early detection (MCED) blood tests, including their performance in prospective cohorts, tumor localization strategies, and modeling of their impact on cancer incidence and mortality in high-risk populations. He has also published on trends in 5-year survival across 17 cancer types and clinical outcomes in metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer treated with [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617, as well as TMPRSS2 expression in lung tissue of prostatic adenocarcinoma patients.
