Terry Morgan, M.D., Ph.D., is a Senior Professor at Oregon Health & Science University. His research integrates gynecology, obstetrics, and oncology, focusing on placental development, maternal-fetal health, and pancreatic cancer pathogenesis. Recent breakthroughs include identifying a self-amplifying NRF2–EZH2 epigenetic loop driving KRAS-initiated pancreatic cancer and distinguishing liver versus lung recurrence via replication stress and clonal T cell responses, both published in *Nature Cancer*. He also pioneered liquid biopsy differentiation of pancreatic cancer using dielectrophoresis-recovered nanoparticles and established models for intrauterine arenavirus and Mpox vertical transmission. His work spans immunology, extracellular vesicle biomarkers, and ovarian cancer diagnostics, with publications in *Small*, *PLoS ONE*, and *Journal of Materials Chemistry B*.
