Simone Krebs is a Senior Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research integrates oncology, nuclear medicine, and neuro-oncology, focusing on advanced cancer imaging and radiotheranostics. Her recent work includes investigating lesion absorbed dose–response relationships in [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 therapy for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer, developing IL13Rα2-targeting antibodies for immuno-PET in solid malignancies, and exploring CAR T cell-derived exosomes for radiotheranostic applications. She also investigates tumor microenvironment modulation via epithelial-mesenchymal transition and contributes to multidisciplinary frameworks combining immunotherapy with radiotherapy, as highlighted in her 2025 Lancet Oncology proceedings.
