Sangeeta Goswami is an Associate Professor (tenured) with a joint appointment at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, where she specializes in oncology, immunology, and urology. Her research focuses on cancer immunotherapy, immune checkpoint inhibitors, and cellular therapy, with a particular emphasis on genitourinary cancers, including bladder cancer. Her recent work, published in *Nature Communications* and the *Journal of Clinical Oncology*, investigates KDM6A-mediated genomic instability and metabolic reprogramming in bladder cancer, circulating tumor DNA dynamics as early biomarkers for enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab response, and metastasis-directed radiotherapy for oligometastatic urothelial carcinoma. She also explores immune remodeling linked to obesity and immunotherapy outcomes in cholangiocarcinoma. Her research integrates single-cell data to predict PD-1 blockade responses, advancing precision oncology through international collaborations.
