Ruoyan Li is an Assistant Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. His research integrates single-cell genomics, immunology, and cancer biology to investigate tumor pathogenesis and clonal dynamics. He has pioneered multi-omic atlases of human embryonic skeletal development and inflammatory gut diseases, and his recent work in *Nature* revealed how fetal hepatocytes protect the hematopoietic stem and progenitor cell genome via fetuin-A Determine. His latest studies also explore immune-mediated expansion of p53 mutant clonal hematopoiesis following carboplatin treatment and provide a single-cell atlas of T cell lymphoma, illuminating disease mechanisms and therapeutic vulnerabilities.
