Ralph Weissleder is a Professor at Harvard Medical School, Director of the Center for Systems Biology at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), and an attending clinician in interventional radiology at MGH. A graduate of the University of Heidelberg, his research integrates nanotechnology, cancer biology, and immunology to develop precision imaging and targeted therapies. His recent work includes radionuclide-activated prodrugs, pharmacological polarization of tumor-associated macrophages toward a CXCL9 antitumor phenotype, and spatially resolved analysis of therapy-associated remodeling in pancreatic cancer, published in venues such as *Nature Genetics*, *The Lancet Oncology*, and *Advanced Materials*. He leads multi-institutional collaborations spanning the US, Germany, Korea, and Switzerland, with current funding focused on spatial omics for head and neck cancer and bioorthogonal probes for in vivo imaging.
