Qing-Qing Ding is a Senior Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research focuses on breast cancer pathology and tumor biology, particularly the molecular mechanisms driving metastasis, therapeutic resistance, and tumor microenvironment interactions. Her recent work has identified NAT10's role in promoting gastric cancer liver metastasis through M2 macrophage polarization, characterized FGFR3-induced PARP1 phosphorylation as a mechanism of PARP inhibitor resistance in breast cancer, and evaluated diagnostic biomarkers including TRPS1 and SOX17 in carcinoma subtyping. She has also contributed to studies on postradiation breast angiosarcoma and protein coronation-induced cytotoxicity in blood vessel organoids. Her research integrates translational pathology with cancer biology to improve diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic strategies.
