Pei Lin is a Senior Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research focuses on the pathology and molecular genetics of hematological malignancies, particularly leukemia, lymphoid neoplasia, and multiple myeloma. Recent work includes characterizing diffuse large B-cell lymphoma with MYC and BCL6 rearrangements, identifying pathobiology mediators in myeloma via single-cell analysis, and developing CD70-targeting CAR NK cells to overcome BCMA downregulation in high-risk myeloma. She has also investigated cytogenetic aberrations in myeloma prognosis and TP53 deletion in ALK-negative anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Her contributions span diagnostic pathology, immunology, and translational cancer research.
