Pamela T. Soliman is a Professor in the Department of Gynecologic Oncology and Reproductive Medicine at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research focuses on gynecologic oncology, specifically ovarian cancer chemoresistance, endometrial cancer epidemiology, and rare cervical and vaginal malignancies. Her recent work includes identifying extracellular vesicle-associated noncanonical ORFs as biomarkers for surgical outcomes and chemoresistance in ovarian cancer, as well as investigating PPP2R1A mutations as predictors of improved survival following cancer immunotherapy. She has contributed to NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines for vaginal and uterine neoplasms and has published extensively on survival outcomes for endometrial neuroendocrine tumors. Her research integrates translational biomarker discovery with clinical management strategies to advance precision oncology for women with gynecologic cancers.
