Mike Campbell is a High Senior Professor and Chair at the University of West Florida. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Central Florida, as well as a BSW and MSW from Florida State University. His research focuses on public health, mental health, psychiatry, and social work, with particular emphasis on the COVID-19 pandemic, global health, and distance education. His latest publications include studies on proctored versus unproctored online examinations, software reliability in electronic health records, contraceptive use during pandemics, and the integration of geopsychiatry into residency curricula. He also explores artificial intelligence applications in systematic literature reviews within social work ethics.
