Lara E. Davis, M.D.

Lara E. Davis, M.D., is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Hematology/Medical Oncology at Oregon Health & Science University. Her research focuses on clinical trials and translational therapeutics in sarcoma, specifically osteosarcoma, desmoid tumors, and tenosynovial giant cell tumors, with an emphasis on novel targeted agents and immunotherapy. Her recent work includes leading consensus recommendations for gnathic osteosarcoma and investigating YB-1 inhibition to suppress tumor growth and reverse immunosuppression. She has contributed to FDA symposium guidelines for relapsed/refractory osteosarcoma trial design and analyzed phase 2/3 data on varegacestat for desmoid tumors.
