Jessica Minnier is an Associate Professor at Oregon Health & Science University, where her research bridges cardiology, oncology, and translational health sciences. Her recent work encompasses a phase 1 trial of ruxolitinib plus venetoclax for relapsed/refractory acute myeloid leukemia, the modulation of coronary autoregulation via arachidonic acid and GPR39, and early pancreatic cancer detection using a protease-activated nanosensor assay. She has also investigated fetal lipid emulsion physiology, preoperative analgesia in pregnant ewes, and TP53 mutation-based risk stratification in EGFR-mutated NSCLC. Her collaborative portfolio spans cardiovascular physiology, pharmacology, and public health, integrating preclinical models with clinical trial design to advance disease detection and therapeutic strategies.
