Jason Keller is a Senior Professor at Claremont McKenna College. His research integrates biogeochemistry, soil biology, and terrestrial ecology to investigate carbon cycling in northern peatlands. His recent work examines redox-active organic matter dynamics, methane transport and oxidation pathways, and the microbial controls on greenhouse gas production, including the effects of experimental warming and water-table levels. He has published in journals such as *Journal of Geophysical Research Biogeosciences*, *Global Change Biology*, and *New Phytologist*, with studies spanning Alaskan fens, Minnesota bogs, and U.S. tidal marshes.
