Jason Huse is a Senior Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. His research focuses on brain tumor biology, particularly the molecular and transcriptional architecture of gliomas and glioblastoma ecosystems. He has recently published pioneering work in *Nature Genetics* on the multilayered transcriptional and longitudinal single-cell genomics of glioblastoma, alongside studies on CSF microRNA biomarkers for diffuse gliomas and AI-driven spatial pathomics. His investigations also explore neurotransmitter signaling in brain cancer and epigenetic consequences of ATRX deficiency, supported by a $792,000 grant. His work integrates neuro-oncology, cancer biology, and radiation oncology to advance precision diagnostics and therapeutics.
