Han Liang is a High Senior Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. His research integrates cancer genomics, molecular biology, and computational oncology to dissect tumor biology and cancer cell mechanisms. Recent breakthroughs include the development of DrBioRight 2.0, an LLM-powered bioinformatics chatbot for large-scale cancer functional proteomics, and the characterization of noncoding ultraconserved elements in human cancers. His work also spans translational studies on KRAS inhibition and CD24 signaling in pancreatic cancer, perineural invasion in cervical cancer, and combination immunotherapy for gastric cancer. He has published extensively in high-impact journals, including Nature Communications, Science Advances, and Cancer Research, with ongoing international collaborations advancing precision oncology.
