Gregory Lizee is a Senior Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. His research focuses on tumor immunology and cancer immunotherapy, with specific interests in tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) therapy, TCR-engineered T cells, and neoantigen vaccines. His recent work includes demonstrating that FOXM1-specific TCR-engineered T cells target non-small cell lung cancer, identifying Lynch syndrome-specific immune signatures through genomic T cell receptor analysis, and showing that intratumoral sotigalimab combined with pembrolizumab activates antigen-presenting cells to drive anti-tumor responses in metastatic melanoma. He has also published on MHC class I cytoplasmic tyrosine mutations affecting CD8+ T cell priming and memory responses.
