Ganiraju Manyam is a Senior Professor at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Specializing in oncology and cancer research, his work integrates cancer biology, pharmacology, and genetics to advance precision medicine. His recent investigations focus on the transcriptional analysis of NDRG1 amplification in aggressive breast cancerchers and the temporospatial activation of STAT3 signaling in colorectal cancer progression. He has also explored immunologic biomarkers for resistance and response to cabozantinib and nivolumab in recurrent endometrial cancer, as well as molecular subtypes of bladder cancer. His expertise in cancer immunotherapy underpins international collaborations in checkpoint blockade trials and circulating tumor DNA studies.
