Associate Professor
Emrah Celik is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Miami. His research centers on additive manufacturing and advanced materials, with a specific focus on 3D-printed thermoset composites, fiber–matrix interface mechanics, and the development of conductive carbon nanotube architectures for flexible thermoelectric generators. Recent work includes enhancing mechanical performance via bi-modal fiber alignment, non-destructive testing of in-situ activated composites, and electrical network activation through nozzle oscillation infill patterns. His collaborative network spans institutions including MIT, the Air Force Research Laboratory, the University of Oxford, and KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
