Debra N. Yeboa is an Associate Professor of radiation oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research focuses on radiation therapy for brain tumors, including gliomas, meningiomas, and brain metastases, with particular emphasis on dose escalation using intensity-modulated proton therapy and stereotactic radiosurgery decision-making. She has led clinical trials investigating proton therapy dose intensification in glioblastoma and preoperative versus postoperative stereotactic radiation therapy. Her recent work examines how ionizing radiation modulates cellular immunity in the brain metastasis microenvironment and incorporates CNS activity scores into systemic therapy planning. She has contributed to ASTRO clinical practice guidelines for diffuse glioma and published extensively on patterns of care in neuro-oncology.
