Dan Grin is a Senior Professor of Physics at Haverford College. His research centers on observational cosmology, dark matter, and the cosmic microwave background (CMB), with a specific focus on ultralight axion and fuzzy dark matter models, as well as the early universe and high-energy physics. His recent work includes developing novel fluid approaches for modeling extreme axions, constraining fuzzy dark matter using Hubble Frontier Fields data, and forecasting CMB-S4 constraints on primordial non-Gaussianity via μ-distortion anisotropy. He also investigates the evolution of the fine-structure constant and cascading dark energy models. His publications appear in leading journals, including *Physical Review D*, *The Astrophysical Journal*, and the *Monthly Notices of the Royal Astronomical Society*.
