Asir Intisar Khan is an Assistant Professor at the University of California, Berkeley. He earned his Ph.D. (2023) and M.S. (2021) from Stanford University and his B.S. from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (2016). His research focuses on phase-change memory, nanoscale electronic materials, and energy-efficient computing, with recent breakthroughs including surface conduction in ultrathin noncrystalline NbP semimetals and negative capacitance in GaN transistors, both published in *Science*. He also develops deep learning methods for automating parameter extraction in 2D transistors and engineered interfaces for advanced electronics. His honors include the AVS Russell and Sig award.
