Arlene Siefker-Radtke is a Professor in the Department of Genitourinary Medical Oncology at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. Her research focuses on bladder cancer therapeutics, molecular pharmacology, and cancer immunotherapy, with particular emphasis on FGFR3-altered urothelial carcinoma and antibody-drug conjugates. Her recent work includes leading the FORAGER-2 phase 3 trial evaluating vepugratinib combined with enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, and contributing to a spatial atlas of muscle-invasive bladder cancer revealing lineage-specific vulnerabilities. She has also investigated single-cell transcriptomic dynamics in SMARCB1-deficient renal medullary carcinoma and clinical outcomes of FGFR inhibitor-associated retinopathy. Her research integrates translational genomics with novel combination regimens to improve treatment paradigms for genitourinary malignancies.
