Alan D Kaye

Alan D. Kaye is a Senior Professor at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center, New Orleans. His research focuses on pain management, anesthesiology, and pharmacology, with particular emphasis on chronic pain, interventional pain medicine, and orthopaedic surgery. Recent work explores nutritional interventions for osteoarthritis, hybrid hydrogels for pain management, cannabis use and its psychological effects, and minimally invasive treatments for adhesive capsulitis. He has also investigated lamotrigine and Stevens-Johnson Syndrome prevention, as well as interventional approaches to pain and spasticity in cerebral palsy.
